Overview

Chill Racer is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Account information: Username, email address, and encrypted password when you create an account.
Game progress: Race results, car collection, campaign progress, and tournament participation stored on our servers.
Purchase records: Transaction IDs from the Apple App Store for in-app purchases. We do not store payment card details.
Device information: Basic device type and OS version for compatibility and debugging.
Advertising identifiers: With your permission (via the App Tracking Transparency prompt), we share your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) with Google AdMob so they can serve personalized rewarded ads. If you decline, we still show ads but they are non-personalized.
Crash and performance data: We use Sentry to collect anonymized crash reports and performance traces so we can fix bugs faster.
Gameplay events: We log in-game actions (races started, items purchased, ads watched) tied to your account to balance the game and improve features.

How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain your game account
To process in-app purchases and deliver content
To operate tournaments and leaderboards
To serve rewarded ads (personalized or non-personalized depending on your ATT choice)
To improve game performance, fix bugs, and balance gameplay

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store: Handles payment processing for in-app purchases.
Google AdMob: Serves rewarded ads. If you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, AdMob uses your IDFA to serve personalized ads and may share it with advertising partners. If you decline, ads are non-personalized. See Google's Privacy & Terms.
Sentry: Receives crash reports and performance traces. No payment data, no advertising identifiers. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

Your Choices

App Tracking Transparency: iOS → Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Toggle Chill Racer off to revoke ad personalization at any time.
Account deletion: Email chillracergame@gmail.com — we delete your account and gameplay data within 30 days.

Data Retention

Your game data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

Children's Privacy

Chill Racer does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at chillracergame@gmail.com.
