Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chill Racer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

In-App Purchases

Chill Racer offers optional in-app purchases including coin packs, gear packs, car packs, part crates, gas tokens, and a Race Pass subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed before confirmation.
The Race Pass is a 30-day auto-renewable subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded (except as required by law), or transferred.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
Use automated tools, bots, or modified clients
Interfere with the game servers or other players' experience
Impersonate other players or misrepresent your identity

Tournaments and Competitions

Tournament results and leaderboard positions are determined by the game server. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.

Intellectual Property

All game content, including but not limited to artwork, code, game mechanics, and text, is owned by or licensed to Chill Racer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any game content.

Disclaimers

Chill Racer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will be free of errors. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chill Racer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
